Join food journalist, cheese writer and Brighton local Patrick McGuigan for a night dedicated to the love of cheese.
A tasting with a twist, Patrick will guide guests through six cheeses and accompaniments, sharing romantic tales from his life as an international cheese judge travelling from the Swiss Alps to the hipster cheese bars of New York in search of his one true love - the best cheese in the world. 
Along the way, we’ll learn how to taste like an expert, guess the World Champion cheese, and explore what makes a perfect partner when it comes to cheese and wine, all while trying to identify the cheesy tunes playing on the night.
