Bookings Policy 

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please ensure your booking details are up to date, including any changes to party size or timing. If there are any amendments, please let us know as early as possible. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this, we may need to release the table.

Outdoor Dining
Outdoor tables are weather dependent. If the forecast looks uncertain, we recommend bringing appropriate clothing. During busy periods, it may not be possible to move outdoor bookings inside, so please bear this in mind when reserving.

Pre-Orders
For parties of eight or more, a pre-order will be required. Our team will be in touch to arrange this once your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations (parties of 12 or less) No-shows or late cancellations may result in a £10 per person charge.

For parties of 12 or more: we require 7 days notice of cancellation, via email. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a £10 per person charge.

Exclusive hire: 50% non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the full balance to be settled 7 days before the event. We require 14 days notice for cancellation.
