Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservations are available every day from 5:30pm Monday to Saturday and from Midday on Sunday (Reservations taken for Roast dinner only on a Sunday)

Please ensure your booking details are up to date, including any changes to party size or timing. If there are any amendments, please let us know as early as possible. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this, we may need to release the table.

Walk-ins always welcome

Outdoor Dining: Outdoor tables are weather dependent. If the forecast looks uncertain, we recommend bringing appropriate clothing. During busy periods, it may not be possible to move outdoor bookings inside, so please bear this in mind when reserving a table outdoors. Walk-ins always welcome.

Pre-Orders: For parties of eight or more, a pre-order will be required. Our team will be in touch to arrange this once your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and No-Shows: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations (parties of 12 or less) No-shows or late cancellations may result in a £10 per person charge.

For parties of 12 to 20 people: we require 5 days notice of cancellation, via email. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a £10 per person charge.

Exclusive hire: 50% non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the full balance to be settled 7 days before the event. We require 14 days notice for cancellation. 

Supper Club: All tickets are for a specific date and event and are subject to the following cancellation terms.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer, at our discretion.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as food orders, staffing, and supplier commitments will already have been confirmed.

If you’re unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest of your choice at any time, provided we’re notified of the name change in advance.

In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.
