Sel Bracamonte is a globally influenced chef whose style has been shaped by years spent cooking his way across different countries, immersing himself in the culture and food of each. That journey is reflected in every plate he creates. Fusion sits at the heart of his cooking, bringing together flavours, techniques and stories from around the world with real precision.
Alongside his travels, Sel has worked in acclaimed kitchens including The Fat Duck, refining his craft at the very highest level. Today, he is Head Chef at Amari, where his bold, globally inspired dishes have earned a loyal following. He is also currently flying the flag for Brighton on MasterChef: The Professionals, crafting expertly judged dishes under serious pressure and showcasing the depth of his talent on a national stage.
On Tuesday 17th March, Sel joins us at Reading Room for an exclusive three-course dinner, complete with a few unexpected extras along the way. Expect vibrant flavours, thoughtful combinations and beautifully balanced dishes, all delivered with Sels incredible flair.
