For the opening night, we’re handing the kitchen over to Tina from CanTINA Brighton for a one off evening of generous, flavour led cooking.
If you know the Brighton food scene, you’ll already know Tina. She’s been bringing people together around the table for years, and that sense of warmth and connection is at the heart of this night.
This is the kind of food we love eating ourselves. Colourful plates, big flavours, a little indulgent, full of comfort and never short on portions. Dishes will be served across shared tables, with plenty passed around, encouraging conversation and that easy, midweek let’s make a night of it feeling.
This is our first Supper Club, and the beginning of many more. Evenings built around food, drink, books and community. We’d love you to be there at the very start.
